We are really excited to announce our 2nd annual MakeTime for Kids: Christmas Edition. This one is shaping up to be something special and last years was already a huge hit. This year Makerspace/LLC (Ladies Learning Code) will be joined by NS3 (Nanaimo Science and Sustainability Society).
Activities will include:
– Interactive 3D printing demonstrations
– Woodworking – (Christmas trees with 3D printed ornaments)
– Creating LED Ornaments for the tree
– Scratch programming (Video games and more)
– Dash and dot programming
** And we hear that NS3 will be putting up a wind tunnel for kids to play and experiment with**
We are still looking for a number of volunteers to help out, if you would enjoy being involved please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org
